Happy New Year! We are so excited about the upcoming year and your continued journey in health.
With the New Year, insurance changes and new deductibles occur. Therefore, please contact us if you have a new insurance.
In addition, a Medicare deductible payment of $165 is required as of January 1, 2011 (unless your secondary has coverage).
Finally, we will be outsourcing your monthly credit card payments through HandM Billing. If you plan on paying through another method, the payment must be made 24 hours prior to the due date. All credit cards will be run at 8:00 a.m. of the due date unless paid prior.
